Modalities available: developmental therapy, trauma therapy, relationship-based, somatic and body-integrated, mindfulness, and psycho-neurobiologically integrated work. Also available to augment our work: dreamwork, sandtray, art therapy, and movement therapy
Topics could include: trauma, developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, body, eating, sleeping, sexuality, self-esteem, self-growth, and access to greater creativity, vitality, and spontaneity.
